Collection Kwic lighting in Axolight style
Kwic lighting is a celebration of pure geometry and modular freedom. Designed by Daniele Lago, the collection consists of individual hand‑blown Murano glass elements that can be combined in countless configurations – like building blocks of light. Each element is a small, cube‑shaped glass with a metallic core, available in clear, smoked, or coloured glass finishes. The cubes can be attached to a central stem, connected in a line, or arranged in a three‑dimensional matrix.
The name “Kwic” suggests quickness and flexibility – and indeed the system is designed for easy customization. A single row of cubes can serve as a linear suspension over a kitchen island; a dense cluster can become a vibrant chandelier for a restaurant; a scattered arrangement can create a playful ceiling feature. Each cube emits a soft, diffused light through the glass, while the metal core adds a subtle sparkle.
Kwic is particularly popular in commercial settings where branding and adaptability matter. The cubes can be mixed in different colours to match a company’s identity or a seasonal theme. At home, they bring a youthful, energetic vibe to contemporary interiors. The glass quality is exceptional, with every cube hand‑finished in Murano. Kwic is lighting that invites play – a modular system limited only by imagination.
