Chlorophilia by Artemide is a poetic suspension system designed by Ross Lovegrove, inspired by the organic geometry of leaves and chlorophyll photosynthesis. The fixture consists of a central stem with multiple branched arms, each ending in a small, leaf-shaped diffuser made of translucent polycarbonate or glass. The arms are adjustable, allowing the "leaves" to be positioned at different angles, creating a canopy of light that mimics a tree's foliage. The LED source emits a soft, warm glow that filters through the textured diffuser, casting gentle shadows. Chlorophilia is ideal for large atrium spaces, hotel lobbies, or dining areas where a natural, biophilic atmosphere is desired. The collection is available in white, green, or metallic finishes, and can be customized in size and number of branches.
